* We do offer complimentary pool heat from October 30th- April 30th. Our pool heater has an automatic shut off if the outside temperature gets too cold. This is to protect the heater from breaking. If it is unseasonably cold out, the heater will shut off and it will not be able to keep up the pool heat if the outside temperature is too cold. 🏡 House Rules By booking this home you are agreeing to the House Rules. ✅ General • No parties or events. • Windsor Hills quiet hours after 10pm • Guest must be 25+ in age to book this property • There is no United States Postal Service to this address • Travel insurance is recommended for all guests. Hurricane season is June 1st-November 30th. Windsor Hills is a 24/7 Security Guard gated community resort located just miles away from Walt Disney World. It is the closest vacation resort community to Disney and has close proximity to other popular attractions in the area. 🪪 Driver's License is used to register house guests into the Windsor Hills Security Gate system. When arriving at the gate at Windsor Hills, guests must present the same Driver's License and it must match the name on the reservation. If there are multiple vehicles, each car must be registered seperately and have their own gate pass. 🏖️ Please visit the Welcome Center at the main Clubhouse to obtain your wristbands for access to amenities!
